SECURITY Pads & Enclosures

The highest possible levels of security are appropriate when equipment is:

• mission critical – if its loss would have a significant impact on your work or customers
• placed in public access areas and is especially vulnerable to theft
• an especially tempting target to theft or vandalism

 While security cables are less expensive, they do not compare to security pads and enclosures in their level of protection.  Maximum security lock-down devices are available for any type of equipment, from desktops and towers to fax machines and digital projectors.  They also provide protection for internal components and peripherals (such as mice, keyboards and speakers).

They can be provided with adhesive bases or bolt-down versions.  They are also available in a wide variety of locking schemes: one-lock and two-lock; keyed-alike, keyed-different or master-keyed.

Their built-in removal system permits easy removal with absolutely no damage to the desk surface (with the adhesive pads).

There are even versions that can be provided with a no-theft warranty (such as the one provided to the New York City schools) so that, if your equipment is stolen from a defeated device, we replace it.
